| Description: | This position maintains cleanliness and appearance of Streetcar systems properties. Performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to equipment, buildings, and properties of the Streetcar system. Including:
• Emptying trash receptacles.
• Cleaning and pressure washing streetcar stations.
• Performing simple landscaping projects.

| Qualifications: | Must be familiar with basic tools used in general maintenance, the operation of forklifts, sweepers, portable pressure washers, and basic tools, and have a valid driver’s license. Horticultural experience preferred for some assignments.
Rate of pay is $10.44/hr., and increases to $11.42/hr. after 4 months.
Work hours: Must be flexible for varying shifts including weekend work.
